Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Staff Management and Head Office operation and other branches
- Responsible for the employees and expatriates
- In charge of recruitment of new employees and manpower strategy
- Office equipment purchase, operation, and management
- Operate and support the company management
- Managing the administration function such as office management, document filing, other general affairs
- In charge of company rules and regulations
- Support HR such as payroll, visa and work permit and other HR tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification:
- Thai Nationality, Male & Female, Age 30-40
- Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in HR & Admin
- Payroll/Visa and work permit knowledge
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Mature personality, able to work independently with high responsibility
- Knowledge of ISO14001:2004、ISO9001:2008
- Driver License
- Computer skill (Microsoft Office/Email)
- Leadership, Communication & Negotiation skills, Self-Motivated
