• To operate office facilities for smooth running (Printer, mobile, air-conditioner, etc.) • To take care of office supplies and expense control (Stationary, ATK, etc.) • To contact government offices (DOE, Immigration Office, RD, etc.) for business operation • To prepare the employment document to submit to Department of Employment (DOE) • To coordinate with IT HQ and support for office Internet and PC • To manage company car and driver • To manage hotel booking for business trip • To support office activities • Other related tasks Workplace Area: Harbour office, Laemchabang Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri) Salary: 18,000–22,000THB
Job Requirement
• Age 22-25 years • Female preferred • Bachelor’s Degree • Fresh Grad up to 2-year experience in administrative and support function. • Good command of written and spoken English • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel) • Administrative staff in Japanese trading company or small company is preferable • IT skills (not must requirement) is preferable Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None
