Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> **Company will support on training process** - Collect and manage company expenses such as petty cash, all invoices, and issue receipts. Approximately 30 invoices per month, working collaboratively with another staff member. - Support for visa, work permit (gather documents, coordinate with outsourcing company) - Accompany with foreigner to visit or individual visit government agencies for assigned tasks - Visit the Immigration Bureau at Chaeng Watthana for 90-day reporting, visit the Revenue Department, collect cheques from various companies, and deposit the cheques at the bank. - Submit taxes, other related state agency documents - Manage employee attendance, timesheet, review and double check of clock in, clock out data - Support payroll tasks when the responsible officer is on leave. - Coordinate with recruitment agency such as interview appointment coordination etc. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Fresh graduates are welcome or experiences in Back Office such as General Admin, Admin and Accounting Officer, Human Resource, General Affair, Sales Support - JLPT N2, N3 with Conversational High to Business level in Japanese language - Conversational High to Business level in English Language ability to coordinate with Japanese, documents, emails etc.) - Good skills in Mathematic/ Calculating - Comfort to work outside office for assigned tasks (transportation charges can be reimbursement) - Microsoft Office such as MS Excel etc. <In detail > - Extrovert, Lively personality, easy going and well adapted with others. - Detail oriented, keen and ready to learn, able to accept the comment from colleagues. - High responsibility, enthusiastic, open minded, able to work under pressure, and good team player - Able to carry out multiple tasks at the same time <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management - Holding High score of TOEIC - Early join candidate.
