Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
-Input accounting data in the system and Excel.
- Issue Invoice
- Issue billing sent to customer
- Following up summary and PO for the support issue invoice
- Tax invoices to customers
- Supporting Accounting member.
-Going to bank for handling deposits and withdrawals
- Other Tasks Assigned
This position will be provided OJT by a Thai manager or other staff.
Main language is in Thai
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Having a bachelor’s degree in any industry
- At least 1 year of experience working with Excel or related tools in any industry
*Fresh graduates are welcome
- Able to drive and have their own car
*This position need to drive for commute and work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic level of English for internal communication
- Proactive person who can take ownership of their tasks
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having experience as an accountant in an automobile company
- Holding CPA
- Concersational middle level of Japanese
