Accounting Supervisor (40K–45K) (SDG-94330) หัวหน้างานบัญชี <Job Responsibilities> - Preparing and handling overall accounting AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, VAT, and Taxation. - Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions - Responding for Input Tax and Withholding Tax (excepted PND1) - Closing monthly Vat - Bank reconciliation - General accounting transaction and entering data to accounting system. - Prepare management report P&L and balance sheet report. - Calculate cost of product by month - Calculate tax instead for foreigner - Coordinating with external accounting firm and auditors related to accounting matters. <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 38 years old - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting - At least 5 years’ experience in general accounting, Account Receivable and Tax knowledge - Experience in accounting software (Prefer Winspeed) - Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook - Able to command in English (writing) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Good analytical skill, problem solving Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Bangplee, Samutprakarn Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri <Saturday Working: None >) About the Benefits 40,000–45,000THB About the company Product & Service: Manufacturing and sales of automatic part Business Type:General Appliances / Electrical Equipment;

หัวหน้างานบัญชี (40K–45K) (SDG-94330) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> - จัดเตรียมและจัดการบัญชีโดยรวม AR, AP, GL, สินทรัพย์ถาวร, ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และภาษีอากร - ตรวจสอบบัญชีผู้ขายโดยกระทบยอดใบแจ้งยอดรายเดือนและธุรกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง - แบบตอบรับภาษีซื้อและภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ยกเว้น ภ.ง.ด.1) - ปิด Vat รายเดือน - การกระทบยอดธนาคาร - รายการบัญชีทั่วไปและป้อนข้อมูลเข้าระบบบัญชี - จัดทำรายงานการจัดการ P&L และรายงานงบดุล - คำนวณต้นทุนสินค้าตามเดือน - คำนวณภาษีแทนชาวต่างชาติ - ประสานงานกับสำนักงานบัญชีภายนอกและผู้สอบบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานด้านบัญชี <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 30 - 38 ปี - ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี - มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี ด้านบัญชีทั่วไป มีความรู้ด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้และภาษีอากร - มีประสบการณ์ด้านโปรแกรมบัญชี (ชอบ Winspeed) - Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook - สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (เขียน) <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ การแก้ปัญหาที่ดี ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: บางพลี สมุทรปราการ เวลาทำงาน: 8:00-17:00 น.(จันทร์ - ศุกร์ <ทำงานวันเสาร์: ไม่มี>) เกี่ยวกับผลประโยชน์ 40,000–45,000THB เกี่ยวกับบริษัท สินค้าและบริการ : ผลิตและจำหน่ายชิ้นส่วนอัตโนมัติ ประเภทธุรกิจ: เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าทั่วไป / อุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า
