Accounting Supervisor
(30K – 40K) (SDG-56917)
หัวหน้างานฝ่ายบัญชี
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for whole accounting tasks with Thai GM
• Support for Credit control, Taxes, Bank reconciliation, Financial statement, and Management reports.
• Prepare BS, PL, cash flow reports, and also finalize financial statements
• Support accounting closing & analysis(BOI promotion business)
• Prepare and responsible for tax return
• Maintain general ledger and assets register
• Make report for cost accounting to provide proper financial advice to each department
• Train junior staff to let them perform better, and monitor their performance
• Other task will be assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Bachelor degree in accounting
• Have 5 year's working experience as accounting in manufacturing field
• Have 1 year management experience
• Possess CPD license
• Basic level of English
• Be able to commute to work by themselves
• Able to communicate in Japanese is preferable

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri only)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•รับผิดชอบงานบัญชีทั้งหมดกับ Thai GM
•รองรับการควบคุมเครดิตภาษีการกระทบยอดธนาคารงบการเงินและรายงานการจัดการ
•จัดทำ BS, PL, รายงานกระแสเงินสดและสรุปงบการเงิน
•สนับสนุนการปิดบัญชีและการวิเคราะห์ (ธุรกิจส่งเสริม BOI)
•จัดเตรียมและรับผิดชอบในการคืนภาษี
•ดูแลบัญชีแยกประเภทและทะเบียนทรัพย์สิน
•จัดทำรายงานบัญชีต้นทุนเพื่อให้คำแนะนำทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมแก่แต่ละแผนก
•ฝึกอบรมพนักงานรุ่นเยาว์เพื่อให้พวกเขาทำงานได้ดีขึ้นและตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของพวกเขา
•งานอื่น ๆ จะได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-35 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบัญชี
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชี 5 ปีในสาขาการผลิต
•มีประสบการณ์บริหารงาน 1 ปี
•มีใบอนุญาต CPD
•ระดับพื้นฐานของภาษาอังกฤษ
•สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานด้วยตนเอง
•สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดีกว่า
