Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Record investment and dividend transactions and ensure accuracy of accounting entries, including monitoring accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations/inputs, or direct correcting entries. - Coordinate monthly closing process and reconcile GL accounts, Trial Balance checking, revenue code review, and allowance summary. - Prepare FOREX unrealized gain/loss calculation report and the supporting information for Financial Consolidation report (Actual & Plan report, Dividend list, Service Breakdown etc.) - Coordinate with external auditors for financial, internal auditors for operational audits, and revenue officers for tax audits. - Provide advice and full support to Biz Div as well as coordinate with other departments and other divisions as necessary to solve any issues arising from existing or new business. - Prepare working paper for audited Financial Statements. - Prepare data for Transfer Pricing documentation to support Deloitte and data for submitting the disclosure form to the Revenue Dept. - Tax filing for Corporate Income Tax (PND50), Interim Tax (PND51), and submitting the financial statement to the Department of Business Development (DBD).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experiences > - Bachelor's degree in Accounting major - At least 3 years of Accounting or Corporate Tax experience - Experience in Corporate Income Tax (PND50), Interim Tax (PND51) - Knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax laws, WHT, VAT, and Corporate Income Tax. - Conversational High level of English (Internal meetings and documents) - Have computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) <Detail> - Good team player, positive work attitude, and problem-solving skills. - Learn fast, well organized, high attention to detail and ability to meet closing deadlines. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in SAP or ERP is an advantage.
