เจ้าหน้าที่บัญชี
<Job Responsibilities>
- Input accounting data into Express system everyday
- Deal with fund transfer via internet banking
- Prepare report of depreciation to headquarter by excel
- Prepare financial statement such as BS and PL once a year(Dec), by coordinating with an outsourcing company
- Just summarize the data and outsource company will prepare the doucments
- other tasks assigned by Thai Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Basic level of English
- At least 2-3 years of working experience as accounting staff
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having experience in Japanese company
- Having knowledge of express system
- Conversational middle level of English
- Bachelor degree of accounting filed

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ป้อนข้อมูลบัญชีเข้าระบบ Express ทุกวัน
- จัดการกับการโอนเงินผ่านธนาคารทางอินเทอร์เน็ต
- จัดทำรายงานค่าเสื่อมราคาไปยังสำนักงานใหญ่โดย excel
- จัดทำงบการเงิน เช่น BS และ PL ปีละ 1 ครั้ง (ธ.ค.) โดยประสานงานกับบริษัทเอาท์ซอร์ส
- เพียงสรุปข้อมูล แล้วบริษัทภายนอกจะจัดเตรียมเอกสารให้
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการคนไทย

- สัญชาติไทย ชาย หญิง 25 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- ระดับภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้น
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- มีความรู้เรื่องระบบด่วน
- สนทนาระดับกลางของภาษาอังกฤษ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
