Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for accounting tasks, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payment vouchers (PV), receipt vouchers (RV), invoices (IV), Tax Inves, Billing Notes, Purchase Orders, and Receipts. - Coordinate with accounting and audit firms regarding general ledger (GL) control, financial statement reviews, and related matters. - Receive billing documents from vendors. - Prepare payment vouchers and process monthly payments. - Assist the Assistant Manager in preparing financial reports for the headquarters in Japan and managing budgets. - Prepare withholding tax documents. - Perform other assigned accounting and clerical duties.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. *Fresh graduate also welcome - At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, specifically in handling AP, AR, and general accounting tasks. - Proficiency in accounting software (specific system not mentioned). <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Japanese skills <Personality> - High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting. - Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support managerial staff.
