Ø Gain basic accounting knowledge and experience through good internal training

Work outline: Support all accounting task, especially accounting transition and reporting task
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Process accounting transactions such as AP, AR etc. under managers’ direction
Ø Verify and review various accounting documents.
Ø Manage petty cash like verifying reimbursement document, make sure that cash on hand is sufficient for the office operation.
Ø Issue billing documents, invoices and receipts to customers.
Ø Prepare and review VAT and Withholding Tax.
Ø Track payments from customers in a timely manner.
Ø Join in meetings of accounting departments and other meeting which is related to team
Ø Preparing information for management meeting and others meeting as requirement.
Ø Any other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Female, age 23-30 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree or any related filed(Accounting)
Ø Minimum 1-3 years of experience in account
Ø Comfortable with details – oriented and document work
Ø Good work attitude and willing to work hard
Ø Good command of English language
Preferable:
Ø Be able to speak Japanese
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Thong Lo
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 – 17:30
