Work outline: Responsible for supporting clients’ accounting tasks and some admin tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Issue invoice and tax invoice/receipt of the Company
Ø Prepare withholding tax certificate of the Company
Ø Coordinate with clients (Foreign clients – ex. Korean, Singaporean, Japanese etc.)
Ø Maintain the Company documents
Ø Bookkeeping services, Tax filling services
Ø Financial records in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
Ø Accounting reports for use by client’s management
Ø VAT and withholding tax returns
Ø Corporate income tax returns
Ø Financial statements for statutory purposes
Ø Other administrative works upon the request (ex. Visa-work permit)
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female , age 23-27 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø At least 1 year of working experience in accounting field
Ø Good knowledge in Accounting and Tax
Ø Proficiency in MS office
Ø Willing to work in consulting firm
Ø Be able to handle documents tasks
Prefer:
Ø Working experience in accounting firm
Ø Be able to use express program
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Chidlom
Working Hour: Monday-Friday 08:00 (-10:00) – 17:00 (-19:00) –Flexible hour (8hrs exclude lunch)
About the Benefit
Salary: 18,000-25,000THB
