Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparing consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments.
Maintaining and balancing an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.
Preparing general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
Preparing payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts.
Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes.
Providing accounting support for mergers and acquisitions by reviewing financial information; converting data to general ledger system; obtaining supplementary information for preparing financial statements.
Assisting and supporting account receivable Ex. invoicing, collection, output VAT, withholding tax and inventory.
Managing accounting data, making report by using MS Excel, Access and MAC5
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:

Male or Female, age 22 - 35 years old
Thai Nationality Only
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Welcome New graduates
[Prefer]
Working experience with Japanese company over 1 year.
Good command in English
Languages skills:
Only Thai ※English preferable
Workplace Area:Amphur Nongkhae Hemaraj Saraburi Industrial Land
Working Hour:Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (2 Saturday per month)
