Work outline: Complete payments and control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, reconciling invoices and monitor the debtor master file
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Process all supplier invoices for Asia Pacific in company’s invoice handling system. This includes both electronic pdf and manual scanning of hard copy invoices received via mail
Ø Monitor outstanding invoices. Follow up with invoice coder/approver to ensure supplier payment terms are met.
Ø Promptly attend and respond to supplier queries regarding outstanding invoices & payment information (phone & emails). Escalate to General Manager Finance if necessary.
Ø Process employee reimbursements in company’s Current Travel & Expenses system. Ensure appropriate tax invoice/receipt has been attached.
Ø Updating customer debtor master file.
Ø Updating daily banking spreadsheet.
Ø Other task as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/female, age 23-35 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in accounting
Ø Fresh Graduates are welcome
Ø 1-2 years experiences in Account payable & Account receivable
Ø Attention to detail & accurate data entry.
Ø Ability to work to strict deadlines.
Ø Flexibility to working hours
Ø Good time management skills
Ø Ability to follow standard procedures
Ø PC Proficiency – Basic MS Office skills
Preferable Skill / Experience
Ø Experience in international company
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (N3)
Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday)
