Accounting Senior Supervisor (34K–40K) (SDG-102761) หัวหน้างานอาวุโสฝ่ายบัญชี <Job responsibilities> - Responsible for overall accounting task (AP, AR, PV, RV, IV, TAX, Billing note) - Manage month-end and year-end closing - Manage TAX applications (Input TAX report, Output TAX report and WHT report) - Manage cash flow and the bank account - Manage the attendance and calculate the payroll/OT - Check the invoices or POs - Calculate the incentive fee for sales staff - Coordinate with banks and Revenue Department (TAX issue) - Prepare the report to the report line - Correspond the inquiry about the accounting from Japanese MD - Other tasks as assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - รับผิดชอบงานบัญชีโดยรวม (AP, AR, PV, RV, IV, TAX, Billing note) - จัดการการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือนและสิ้นปี - จัดการการสมัครภาษี (รายงานภาษีซื้อ รายงานภาษีขาออก และรายงาน WHT) - จัดการกระแสเงินสดและบัญชีธนาคาร - จัดการการเข้างานและคำนวณเงินเดือน/โอที - ตรวจสอบใบแจ้งหนี้หรือ PO - คำนวณค่าธรรมเนียมจูงใจสำหรับพนักงานขาย - ประสานงานกับธนาคารและกรมสรรพากร (เรื่องภาษี) - จัดทำรายงานไปยังสายรายงาน - ตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับการบัญชีจาก MD ชาวญี่ปุ่น - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
