Work outline: Responsible for all accounting activities and cooperating with external accounting firm
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Take care of petty cash, payment, reimbursement and cash count
Ø Check supporting documents for payment and taxation
Ø Check correctness of project cost and related expenses
Ø Take care of invoices issuing and receipt transactions
Ø Control appropriate collection from customer, review long-outstanding balances and follow up
Ø Take care of cash flow management, prepare cash flow plan and report, fund management, control cash flow by project including accounts receivable/payable balance by project
Ø Making a monthly financial report every months
Ø Other accounting and finance function as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
- - Thai Nationality, Female only, ages 26-35 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in related field.
Ø At least 4 years’ experience as an accountant in Trading / import& export company
Ø Have knowledge in Logistic/Import-Export
Ø Understand BOI
Ø CPD is strongly required
- - Able to calculate Import-Export cost
- - Not Job hopper
Prefer:
- - Experience in Japanese company
- - Experience in using CD Organizer software will be advantage

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
