Duties & Responsibility:
Support account receivable Ex. invoicing, collection, output VAT, withholding tax and inventory.
Managing accounting data, making report by using MS Excel, MS Word
Using Express (Accounting program) for correcting and making report
Responsible to all function of accounting department
Handling company’s account receivable and account payable (AR/AP)
Handling month-end and year-end closing processes and preparing and analyzing financial reports.
In charge of taxation (VAT, withholding tax) and ensuring its timely and accurate submission
Assist the company by providing all supporting documents for actual budget planning or for any other requirements.
From the beginning need to work alone and take care both of Accounting and Financial job.
Qualifications:
[MUST]
Female, age 30-45 years old
Thai Nationality Only
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related fields
At least 5 year’ experience in accounting field
Mature personality, able to work independently with high responsibility
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office) *expert in MS Excel
Able to use *Express program (accounting program)
[PERFER]
Strong background in financial, accounting is preferable
Good English communication skills
Good analytical skills, self-initiative
Languages skills:
ENGLISH : Conversational Level
Workplace Area: Sathorn, Bangkok
Working Hour: Mon – Fri 8:30 – 17.30
