Accounting Manager (Samut Prakan) (45K–70K) (SDG-100861) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชี (สมุทรปราการ) <Job responsibilities> - Responsible for overall function of accounting department handling finance and general accounting functions to ensure that accounting records are prepared and maintained in accordance with the company’s accounting policies and related accounting principle - Coordinate with internal and external parties such as company’s factories, sales department, bank, auditor, the revenue department for completing reports such as financial statements, BOI etc. - Reconcile GL transactions, handling month-end and year-end closing processes and preparing and analyzing financial reports. - Prepare management reports and packages from regional office and company group to Support managing director requirements. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - รับผิดชอบงานโดยรวมของแผนกบัญชีที่ดูแลงานการเงินและการบัญชีทั่วไป เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าบันทึกทางบัญชีได้รับการจัดทำและดูแลรักษาตามนโยบายการบัญชีของบริษัทและหลักการบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอก เช่น โรงงานของบริษัท ฝ่ายขาย ธนาคาร ผู้สอบบัญชี ฝ่ายสรรพากร เพื่อจัดทำรายงาน เช่น งบการเงิน BOI เป็นต้น - กระทบยอดธุรกรรม GL การจัดการกระบวนการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือนและสิ้นปี และการจัดทำและวิเคราะห์รายงานทางการเงิน - จัดทำรายงานการจัดการและแพ็คเกจจากสำนักงานภูมิภาคและกลุ่มบริษัทเพื่อรองรับความต้องการของกรรมการผู้จัดการ
Job Requirement
