Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Supervise and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. - Review general ledger entries and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. - Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, balance sheets, and income statement in compliance with Thai - - Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and tax regulations. - Lead the internalization of closing tasks currently under transition from external service providers. - Review and verify monthly tax submissions to the Revenue Department, including PND.3, PND.53, PP.30, and PP.36. - Manage end-to-end payroll processes and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements. - Handle tax filings and compliance matters including PND.1, Social Security Fund, and other related submissions. - Prepare consolidation packages and financial reports for Headquarters. - Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports requested by management and HQ. - Coordinate with external auditors, accounting consultants, government authorities, banks, and financial institutions. - Manage year-end audit processes and support arrangements related to statutory meetings and corporate governance requirements. - Identify accounting, financial, and operational issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions. - Support communication and reporting with Japanese Headquarters. - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 10 years of experience in accounting and finance functions, with experience handling the full accounting cycle and conducting month-end/year-end closing independently. - CPD license holder - Conversational middle level of English or Japanese *equivalent to JLPT N3 level or above - Leadership capability with experience supervising team members and ability to communicate effectively with management and stakeholders. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Working experience in Japanese company - Experience in consolidated reporting and communication with overseas or Japanese Headquarters. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions proactively. - Experience managing accounting staff or leading a small accounting team. - Good analytical and logical thinking skills; Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
