Accounting Manager (Manufacturing/Bangpoo) (48K–53K) (SDG-104918) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชี (ฝ่ายผลิต/บางปู) <Job responsibilities> - Handle monthly and yearly closing but only for factory side and submit to Sales department in Bangkok (accounting Manager in Bangkok branch will compiles all) - Making payments, processing incoming invoices, and verify receipts/tax invoice, record in system (system: Finman) - Handle salary related job such as payroll, provident fund, social security insurance, attendance - Supporting Issue invoice to customer and AR collection process, and help to Maintain stock card - Check withholding tax report/Summit to Revenue Department (PND1,3,53) - Prepare vat Input & vat output report (PP.30)& submit to Revenue department - Record Fixed asset & Depreciation Expense. - Record prepaid expense, Accrued expense & monthly expense - Other duties as assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - จัดการการปิดบัญชีรายเดือนและรายปีเฉพาะด้านโรงงานและส่งไปยังฝ่ายขายในกรุงเทพ (ผู้จัดการบัญชีสาขากรุงเทพจะรวบรวมทั้งหมด) - ชำระเงิน ประมวลผลใบกำกับสินค้าขาเข้า และตรวจสอบใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี บันทึกเข้าระบบ (ระบบ : Finman) - จัดการงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเงินเดือน เช่น เงินเดือน กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ ประกันสังคม ค่าเข้างาน - สนับสนุนการออกใบแจ้งหนี้ให้กับลูกค้าและกระบวนการเรียกเก็บเงิน AR และช่วยดูแลสต๊อกการ์ด - ตรวจสอบรายงานภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย/ประชุมกรมสรรพากร (ภ.ง.ด.1,3,53) - จัดทำรายงานภาษีขาเข้าและขาออกภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (ภพ.30) และส่งกรมสรรพากร - บันทึกสินทรัพย์ถาวรและค่าเสื่อมราคา - บันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายเติมเงิน ค่าใช้จ่ายค้างจ่าย และค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือน - หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
