Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Supervise and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. 
- Review general ledger entries and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings. 
- Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, balance sheets, and income statements in compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and tax regulations.  
*Closing tasks are being insourced, but external accounting firms can be consulted for support when necessary.
- Verify monthly WHT and VAT submissions to the Revenue Department (such as P.N.D.3, P.N.D.53, PP.36, and PP.30).
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing and ensure full statutory compliance. 
- Handle tax filings and compliance for P.N.D.1, Social Security, and other relevant returns. 
- Prepare consolidation packages for HQ. 
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports as requested by management and HQ. 
- Coordinate with external auditors, government authorities, and financial institutions.
- Support general administrative tasks, including Work Permit and Visa-related procedures for expatriate employees.
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities and external service providers regarding Work Permit and other administrative matters.
- Other assigned tasks.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 5 years of accounting experience with management experience
- Management experience
- Able to conduct accounting closing tasks end-to-end independently
- Conversational middle to low level of English (for internal communication)
- CPD holder

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Management experience
- CPA holder
- Experience in general administrative tasks
- Experience supporting Work Permit and Visa-related procedures for expatriate employees
