Accounting Manager
(65K – 75K) (SDG-63383)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชี
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall accounting tasks including AP, AR, GL, Costing, Tax , Fixed Asset, Stock Inventory (There are staffs to handle each task)
• Responsible for all vouchers such as petty cash, Bank Receipt, payment and voucher
• Supporting the monthly & yearly closing, BS and PL as requested by Management
• Responsible for checking the outstanding balance in trail balance and prepare accounting and Finance reports following the company policy
• To prepare tax reports and conduct the best strategy for taxing issues
• To cooperate with audit firm to conduct
• To correspond JP HQ to check accounting situation in English
• Contact to accounting software company in Malaysia if there is any problem
• Coordinate with other department to make accounting reports
• Other tasks as assigned by JP GM, Accounting Manager
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 38-45 years
• Male preferred
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• At least 7 years work experience in Accounting in Manufacturing company
• At least 3 years management experience as Manager
• Have work experience as the head of the Thai staff in the accounting department.
• Able to conduct closing and taxation measures
• Can process monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
• Can do everything from tax calculation to tax filing
• Have Knowledge the ”IFRS”
• Can deal with an audit firm
• Advanced conversational high level of English＊Can communicate with the Japanese headquarters staff in English
• Able to use MS Excel accordingly
• Possess CPD License
• Have experience working in a company with more than 100 employees is preferable
• Business level of English is preferable
• Able to communicate in Japanese is preferable
• Having experience of software Camp 2 is preferable

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• รับผิดชอบงานบัญชีโดยรวม ได้แก่ AP, AR, GL, Costing, Tax , Fixed Asset, Stock Inventory (มีเจ้าหน้าที่คอยดูแลในแต่ละงาน)
• รับผิดชอบคูปองทั้งหมด เช่น เงินสดย่อย, ใบเสร็จธนาคาร, การชำระเงินและบัตรกำนัล
• รองรับการปิดบัญชีรายเดือนและรายปี BS และ PL ตามที่ผู้บริหารร้องขอ
• รับผิดชอบตรวจสอบยอดคงค้างในยอดคงเหลือตามเส้นทาง และจัดทำรายงานทางบัญชีและการเงินตามนโยบายบริษัท
• เพื่อจัดทำรายงานภาษีและดำเนินกลยุทธ์ที่ดีที่สุดสำหรับปัญหาด้านภาษี
• ร่วมมือกับสำนักงานตรวจสอบเพื่อดำเนินการ
• เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับ JP HQ เพื่อตรวจสอบสถานะการบัญชีเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
• ติดต่อบริษัทซอฟต์แวร์บัญชีในประเทศมาเลเซีย หากมีปัญหา
• ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นเพื่อทำรายงานทางบัญชี
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก JP GM ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชี
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 38-45 ปี
• ชอบผู้ชาย
• ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านบัญชีในบริษัทผลิตอย่างน้อย 7 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์การจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในฐานะผู้จัดการ
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเป็นหัวหน้าเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบัญชีไทย
• สามารถดำเนินมาตรการปิดและเก็บภาษีได้
• สามารถประมวลผลงบการเงินรายเดือน/รายไตรมาส/รายปี
• ทำได้ทุกอย่างตั้งแต่คำนวณภาษีไปจนถึงยื่นภาษี
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ”IFRS”
• สามารถติดต่อกับสำนักงานตรวจสอบบัญชีได้
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา＊สามารถสื่อสารกับเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานใหญ่ของญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้
• สามารถใช้ MS Excel ได้ ตามลำดับ
• มีใบอนุญาต CPD
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทที่มีพนักงานมากกว่า 100 คน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ควรใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับธุรกิจ
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Software Camp 2 จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
