Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Establish and setup full accounting process and policies, and ensure compliance in accordance with Thai regulations - Handle full cycle accounting operations including accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, consolidation package transparency, and timely reporting and statutory submissions - Prepare Financial statements compliant with TFRS-NPAE, Local GAAP, IFRS Monetary/Non-monetary, Deferred Tax, IFRS 16 Lease ROU and Transfer pricing (TP Local file) - Verify and ensure accuracy of accounting transactions including GL, AP, AR, Inventory, OPEX/CAPEX, CIP, Depreciation - Liaise closely with HQ Finance accounting on FX contracts, forecasting, J-SOX and auditing matters - Manage and control compliance with tax laws and tax filings including VAT, PT.40, PP.30, PP.36, PND.54 and corporate taxes - Coordinate with external auditors, banks and government authorities - Maintain tasks to meet monthly closing deadlines (within 3 business days) - Lead and develop a team of 5 accountants, fostering a high-performance culture - Perform other duties as assigned by leader and/or superior
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree or Higher in Accounting with at least 15 years of experience in the accounting field (Business types: Trading, Manufacturing) and 5 years of management experience - Conversational high in English for writing, speaking and understanding - Holding a valid CPD License <Details> - Advance Excel skills - Lead and manage an accounting team of 5 members - Proactive, responsible, honest, willing to work hard, optimistic, and able to meet deadlines <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system
