Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Establish and manage accounting and financial systems under an effective internal control framework. - Understand and supervise ERP systems to ensure smooth financial operations. - Design and analyze financial statements, cost accounting, and managerial accounting reports. - Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts, and provide financial management support to executives. - Develop short-term and long-term tax planning strategies. - Apply accounting standards to prepare consolidated financial statements and supporting reports in accordance with shareholder requirements. - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or any related field - At least 10 years of experience in factory/industrial accounting - Work experience in a factory or production accounting, especially in cost accounting - Conversational high level of English to communicate with Japanese MD and staff <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Analytical and systematic thinking ability - Hold CPD
