About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for directing overall functions of accounting department (especially closing, cost accounting, Tax report)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Lead and control accounting team in accounting operations related to month-end and period-end closing, cost accounting, and all other related work
Ø Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance to maintain and develop efficient reporting and communication systems within the team and across function.
Ø Ensure accuracy of accounting standards, all management reports, internal and external reporting
Ø Control and monitor daily transactions
Ø Coordinate with banks, external auditor and revenue department
Ø Review all formal accounting & treasury recommending improvements to the systems in place and managing the systems going forward.
Ø Prepare financial statement for the Japanese shareholder in Japan
Ø VAT、Withholding Tax、Corporate tax
Ø Lead Subordinates and check all of process to make it smoothly
Ø Solve the problem that happened in department
Ø Analyst data and report to JP management
Ø Respond to Regional Taxation Bureau
Ø Make a report to HQ in Japan
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age between 37-45 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree
Ø More than 7 years of experience in accounting with 3 years in managerial level
Ø Has experiences in Japanese manufacturing company (employees 500 up)
Ø Be able to direct closing and cost accounting
Ø Holding CPA & CPD is a must
Ø English skills at advanced conversational level
Languages skills
