Work outline: Overall of Accounting
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Lead and control accounting team in accounting operations related to month-end and period-end closing
Ø Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance to maintain and develop efficient reporting and communication systems within the team and across function.
Ø Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with company’s strategic plan
Ø Ensure accuracy of accounting standards, all management reports, internal and external reporting
Ø Control and monitor daily transactions
Ø Responsible for all accounting functions and controlling related activities to general ledger, account receivables, account payables, cash flow monitoring and financial management
Ø Coordinate with banks, external auditor and revenue department
Ø Review all formal accounting & treasury recommending improvements to the systems in place and managing the systems going forward.
Ø Prepare financial statement for the Japanese shareholder
Ø Cooperate with related person in branch office at Yangon
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, Age 38-45 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Ø 5-15 years of experience in accounting with 5 years in managerial level
Ø Holding CPA & CPD is a must
Ø Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model.
Ø Effective leadership skills with good teamwork
Ø Attentiveness to details and proactive attitude
Ø Disciplined with helpfulness and high integrity
Ø Computer Literacy such as Ms. Office, Accounting program
Preferable:
Ø SAP system
Languages skills
English: Business Level
