Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare and present detailed monthly financial results to management, including Profit and Loss (P/L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) line items. - Support top management in preparing and delivering financial reports and presentations to internal management and external stakeholders, as required. - Provide top management with regular financial reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. -Work closely with cross-functional departments to achieve plant objectives, identify operational inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Prepare Best Estimate, Forecast, and Budget, covering all Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet accounts. - Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard Management Control Tools and financial reporting frameworks. - Review and validate Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) requests submitted by departments and support internal and external audit processes. - Manage credit control activities, including chairing meetings and preparing accurate meeting minutes. - Coach, guide, and manage Financial Analysts, ensuring capability development and performance effectiveness. - Take full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery of all financial reporting. - Perform additional tasks and assignments as requested by the direct supervisor or management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Finance or Accounting - At least 8 years of experience in Finance or Accounting in any industry - At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment - Strong leadership background with subordinates - Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) - Conversational High level of English (spoken and written); ability to prepare reports in English - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI - Holding a CPD license <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience with the Sistrade System (ERP) is an advantage - Experience in a Japanese company is an advantage
