<Job Responsibilities> - Manager of Accounting in the RHQ unit which provides business advisory services for the subsidiaries. - The RHQ unit consists of Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Legal/Compliance, IT, Internal Audit and Planning. - Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles - Monitor compliance with local GAAP and tax regulation - Identify and execute improvements with each company - Provide analysis to the management with financial insights - Build strong relationships and to become the trusted advisor to each company including the companies outside Thailand (Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam etc.) <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male/Female age 35 – 42 years old - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting - Hold CPD or CPA licenses - Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and accounting - Business level of English language skills (both written and verbal) - Overseas trip when it is necessary - Both Sales and Manufacturing sector’s working experience <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in big scale company - Person who can work for long term Languages skills English: Business Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Phetchaburi, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday to Friday (None Saturday work)) About the Benefits Salary: 70,000–120,000THB About the company Products: Regional Office Business Type: Rubber / Resin / Plastic

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีในหน่วย RHQ ซึ่งให้บริการที่ปรึกษาทางธุรกิจสำหรับ บริษัท ย่อย - หน่วย RHQ ประกอบด้วยการบัญชีการเงินทรัพยากรบุคคลกฎหมาย / การปฏิบัติตามกฎไอทีการตรวจสอบภายในและการวางแผน - กำหนดและบังคับใช้วิธีการบัญชีนโยบายและหลักการที่เหมาะสม - ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตาม GAAP ในท้องถิ่นและกฎระเบียบด้านภาษี - ระบุและดำเนินการปรับปรุงกับแต่ละ บริษัท - ให้การวิเคราะห์แก่ผู้บริหารด้วยข้อมูลเชิงลึกทางการเงิน - สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่แข็งแกร่งและเป็นที่ปรึกษาที่เชื่อถือได้ของแต่ละ บริษัท รวมถึง บริษัท นอกประเทศไทย (มาเลเซียฟิลิปปินส์เวียดนาม ฯลฯ ) <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 35 - 42 ปี - ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปสาขาการเงินการบัญชี - ถือใบอนุญาต CPD หรือ CPA - มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเงินและบัญชีอย่างน้อย 15 ปี - ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับธุรกิจ (ทั้งการเขียนและการพูด) - เดินทางไปต่างประเทศเมื่อจำเป็น - ประสบการณ์การทำงานของทั้งการขายและการผลิต <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์ใน บริษัท ขนาดใหญ่ - บุคคลที่สามารถทำงานได้ในระยะยาว ทักษะภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับธุรกิจ ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: MRT เพชรบุรีกรุงเทพมหานคร ชั่วโมงการทำงาน: 8: 30-17: 30 น.
