Accounting (Fresh Grad / AP) (16K–18K) (SDG-104526) เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบัญชี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ / AP) <Job responsibilities> • Supervision of foreign payments (creditors, affiliates and general foreign creditors) • Prepare reconciliation report and confirm balance. • Prepare payment documents validate Ready to record the account in the system and present to management for approval. • Prepare reports to send to the head office in Japan monthly, quarterly. • Other tasks as assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> • กำกับดูแลการชำระเงินต่างประเทศ (เจ้าหนี้ บริษัทในเครือ และเจ้าหนี้ต่างประเทศทั่วไป) • จัดทำรายงานการกระทบยอดและยืนยันยอดเงิน • จัดทำเอกสารยืนยันการชำระเงิน พร้อมบันทึกบัญชีในระบบและนำเสนอต่อฝ่ายบริหารเพื่ออนุมัติ • จัดทำรายงานส่งสำนักงานใหญ่ในประเทศญี่ปุ่นเป็นรายเดือน รายไตรมาส • งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 25 years old - Bachelor's degree • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. • Have basic knowledge in accounting principles, VAT and withholding tax. • Have basic knowledge in computer skill ex.
