<Job Responsibilities> - Supervise all Accounting & financial personnel and teach accounting knowledge to accounting staff. - Driving the company’s Accounting & financial planning. - Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments. - Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure. - Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations. - Manage vendor relationships. - Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports. - Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies. - Make monthly report (financial statement and other report (ex; expenses, sales summary report from system). - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male/Female age 35 – 45 years old - Bachelor’s degree / Master's degree in Accounting. - At least 5 years working experience as Accounting & financial Manager with subordinates - Experience in Trading Industry or have knowledge and experience of Logistics - Having knowledge about declaration of PIT of Japanese, CIT, WHT and VAT. - Able to manage Cashflow in the company. - Able to make monthly report (financial statement and other report (ex; expenses, sales summary report from system). - CPD License - Good English command <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have experience of using Microsoft NAVISION (old type) Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk, Banngkok Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday. <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - ดูแลบุคลากรด้านบัญชีและการเงินทั้งหมดและสอนความรู้ด้านบัญชีให้กับพนักงานบัญชี - ขับเคลื่อนการวางแผนบัญชีและการเงินของ บริษัท - ดำเนินการบริหารความเสี่ยงโดยการวิเคราะห์หนี้สินและการลงทุนขององค์กร - ควบคุมและประเมินแผนการระดมทุนและโครงสร้างเงินทุนขององค์กร - ดูแลให้กระแสเงินสดเหมาะสมกับการดำเนินงานขององค์กร - จัดการความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ขาย - จัดทำรายงานปัจจุบันและการคาดการณ์ที่เชื่อถือได้ - ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามกฎหมายและนโยบายของ บริษัท - จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน (งบการเงินและรายงานอื่น ๆ (เช่นค่าใช้จ่ายรายงานสรุปยอดขายจากระบบ) - งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 35 - 45 ปี - ปริญญาตรี / ปริญญาโทสาขาการบัญชี - มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงินกับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา - มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Trading Industry หรือมีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้าน Logistics - มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการประกาศ PIT ของญี่ปุ่น CIT WHT และ VAT - สามารถจัดการ Cashflow ใน บริษัท ได้ - สามารถจัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน (งบการเงินและรายงานอื่น ๆ (เช่นค่าใช้จ่ายรายงานสรุปการขายจากระบบ) - ใบอนุญาต CPD - สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ Microsoft NAVISION (รุ่นเก่า) ทักษะภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS อุดมสุข, กรุงเทพ Working Hour: 8: 00-17: 00 (จันทร์ - ศุกร์ไม่ต้องทำงานวันเสาร์) เกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ เงินเดือน: 50,000–90,000THB เกี่ยวกับ บริษัท ผลิตภัณฑ์: เหล็ก / โลหะนอกกลุ่มเหล็ก, เครื่องมือกล, อุปกรณ์การผลิตยา, อุปกรณ์กึ่งตัวนำ / อุปกรณ์การผลิตคริสตัลเหลว, อุปกรณ์ตรวจสอบ, หุ่นยนต์อุตสาหกรรม, ระบบโลจิสติกส์ ประเภทธุรกิจ: บริษัท การค้าทั่วไปเครื่องจักร / อุปกรณ์ / พืช
