Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide consulting services to client companies (mainly Japanese firms) - Analyze financial statements (PL, BS, CF) - Support business planning, budgeting, and financial analysis - Identify business issues and propose improvement solutions - Communicate and build relationships with clients - Coordinate with internal consultants and support project execution - Prepare proposals and reports using Excel and PowerPoint - Visit clients as required - Other duties assigned *You may also be involved in M&A projects depending on your experience.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting major - At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance (e.g., audit firm, accounting firm, consulting firm, or in-house accounting) - Strong understanding of financial statements and analytical skills - Experience in client-facing roles or stakeholder management - Business level of English <Preferable Skill / Experience> - CPA or other accounting qualifications - Experience in audit firms or consulting firms - Experience in M&A or financial advisory - Experience in business planning or business improvement projects - Experience working with Japanese companies
