Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee overall accounting, costing, tax operations, and cash management. - Lead and guide the finance staff team and handle daily accounting operations. - Handle internal and external audits and make reports on time. - Review, prepare, and analyze monthly financial statements. - Prepare documents for the overseas parent company in English. - Coordinate with banks, Revenue Department, DBD, and other related authorities for required submissions. - Support annual budgeting and forecasting. - Manage bank accounts, cash flow monitoring, and forecasting. - Handle other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Knowledge of TFRS for PAEs,and IFRS and Thai tax, and VAT regulations - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting - Have experience 5 -10 years as Accounting in any field - Have management experience - Strong Microsoft Excel skills - Conversational level of English *especially reading and writing <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Knowledge of Stock Exchange regulations and requirements <Remark> - Able to work independently with minimal instruction, pay attention to details, and meet deadlines
