Accounting & Finance Manager (80K–100K) (SDG-58627) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน <Job Responsibilities> - Manages the accounting team to support daily accounting activities and closing - Ensure timely and accurate month-end and financial year closing activities as well as submission of financial management and statutory reports - In conjunction with company's auditors ensuring lawful application of local tax laws and regulations relevant to company's business - Coordinating manufacturing and commercial side of Accounting Department - Regulate accounting document flow and controlling Invoices/Costs of goods received and proper implementation in the system - In parallel with cost control, ensure appropriate allocation of costs into the MRP - Responsible Profit & Loss Statement, Budgeting and other management reports - Perform variance analysis of revenue and expenditure between actual and budget - Responsible for annual statutory/audits, tax compliance and other regulatory matters - Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures and accounting standards, statutory authority and audit requirements - Month-end closing and month-end report <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality, Male, Female 40-48 years old - Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy - At least 10 years’ experience in Accounting & Finance in Japanese Manufacturing companies - Management experiences more than 3 years - Have verbal and written English skill for daily communication to communicate with JP Manager. - CPD holders - Accounting Software: SAP and MS Office - Detail-oriented and compromising <Preferable Skill / Experience> - None Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Phrapradaeng, Samutprakarn Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (SAT: Sometimes, depends on work schedule (especially in year-end period)) About the Benefits Salary: 80,000–100,000THB About the company Products: IT, electrical devices, security, industrial system, visual system solution Business Type: Semiconductors / Electronics / Electronic Components

ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน (80K – 100K) (SDG-58627) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ> - จัดการทีมบัญชีเพื่อรองรับกิจกรรมการบัญชีประจำวันและการปิดบัญชี - ตรวจสอบกิจกรรมการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือนและปีการเงินในเวลาที่เหมาะสมและถูกต้องตลอดจนการส่งการจัดการทางการเงินและรายงานตามกฎหมาย - ร่วมกับผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีของ บริษัท เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการใช้กฎหมายภาษีท้องถิ่นและข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจของ บริษัท - ประสานงานด้านการผลิตและการพาณิชย์ฝ่ายบัญชี - ควบคุมการไหลของเอกสารทางบัญชีและการควบคุมใบแจ้งหนี้ / ต้นทุนของสินค้าที่ได้รับและการดำเนินการที่เหมาะสมในระบบ - ควบคู่ไปกับการควบคุมต้นทุนให้แน่ใจว่ามีการจัดสรรต้นทุนที่เหมาะสมใน MRP - รายงานกำไรขาดทุนอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบการจัดทำงบประมาณและรายงานการจัดการอื่น ๆ - ทำการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนของรายรับและรายจ่ายระหว่างจริงและงบประมาณ - รับผิดชอบงานด้านกฎหมาย / การตรวจสอบประจำปีการปฏิบัติตามภาษีและกฎระเบียบอื่น ๆ - ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามนโยบายขององค์กรขั้นตอนและมาตรฐานการบัญชีหน่วยงานตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดในการตรวจสอบ - รายงานการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือนและสิ้นเดือน <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทยเพศชายหญิงอายุ 40-48 ปี - ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบัญชี - มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีและการเงินใน บริษัท ผู้ผลิตของญี่ปุ่นอย่างน้อย 10 ปี - ประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการมากกว่า 3 ปี - มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษด้วยวาจาและเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรสำหรับการสื่อสารในชีวิตประจำวันเพื่อสื่อสารกับ JP Manager - ผู้ถือ CPD - โปรแกรมบัญชี: SAP และ MS Office - เน้นรายละเอียดและประนีประนอม <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - ไม่มี ทักษะภาษา ภาษาอังกฤษ: ระดับการสนทนา ญี่ปุ่น: ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: พระประแดงสมุทรปราการ ชั่วโมงการทำงาน: 8: 00-17: 00 น.
