Accounting & Finance Manager (40K–60K) (SDG-99801) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน <Job responsibilities> - Plan and Responsible for all aspects of business accounting and Finance functions, both income and expenses. - Supervise the Work of subordinates of the accounting and Finance department to proceed correctly and in a timely manner, giving advice or organizing Work appropriately and according to the guidelines. - Analyze financial statement of the organization and forecast the organization's finances and manage financial risks. Take care of financial problems that arise and look for ways to fix and prevent. - Control and inspect the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements and various accounting reports for submission to government agencies and Other agencies related. - Control and inspect the company's receipts and payments, accounting records, disbursement documents and financial reports to be accurate and consistent. - Plan and manage cash flow appropriately and efficiently. - Analyze Work formats and various accounting documents in order to design Work systems and documents that are easy to understand, modern and time-saving. - Control and manage warehouse,tools and equipment. - Provide recommendations regarding financial accounting operations that are correct and appropriate for the business. - Other tasks as assigned. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - วางแผนและรับผิดชอบงานบัญชีและการเงินธุรกิจทุกด้านทั้งรายได้และค่าใช้จ่าย - ควบคุมดูแลการทำงานของฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงินให้ดำเนินการอย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา ให้คำแนะนำ หรือจัดระเบียบงานอย่างเหมาะสมและเป็นไปตามแนวปฏิบัติ - วิเคราะห์งบการเงินขององค์กรและคาดการณ์การเงินขององค์กรและบริหารความเสี่ยงทางการเงิน ดูแลปัญหาทางการเงินที่เกิดขึ้นและหาวิธีแก้ไขและป้องกัน - ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการจัดทำงบการเงิน งบดุล งบกำไรขาดทุน และรายงานทางบัญชีต่างๆ เพื่อนำเสนอต่อหน่วยงานราชการและหน่วยงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการรับชำระเงิน บันทึกทางบัญชี เอกสารเบิกจ่าย และรายงานทางการเงินของบริษัทให้ถูกต้องและสม่ำเสมอ - วางแผนและบริหารจัดการกระแสเงินสดอย่างเหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ - วิเคราะห์รูปแบบงานและเอกสารทางบัญชีต่างๆ เพื่อออกแบบระบบงานและเอกสารที่เข้าใจง่าย ทันสมัย และประหยัดเวลา - ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการคลังสินค้า เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ - ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานด้านบัญชีการเงินที่ถูกต้องและเหมาะสมกับธุรกิจ - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. - At least 5 years experience in Accounting & financial fields.
