Accounting & Finance Manager (65K–75K) (SDG-103956) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงิน <Job responsibilities> - Supervise all Accounting & financial personnel and teach Accounting knowledge to Accounting staff. - Driving the company’s Accounting & financial planning. - Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments. - Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure. - Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations. - Manage vendor relationships. - Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports. - Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies. - Make monthly report (financial statement and other report (ex; expenses, sales summary report from system). - Other tasks as assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ดูแลบุคลากรด้านบัญชีและการเงินทั้งหมด และสอนความรู้ด้านบัญชีแก่พนักงานบัญชี - ขับเคลื่อนระบบบัญชีและการวางแผนทางการเงินของบริษัท - ดำเนินการบริหารความเสี่ยงโดยการวิเคราะห์หนี้สินและการลงทุนขององค์กร - ควบคุมและประเมินแผนการระดมทุนและโครงสร้างเงินทุนขององค์กร - ดูแลให้กระแสเงินสดมีความเหมาะสมต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจขององค์กร - จัดการความสัมพันธ์ของผู้ขาย - จัดทำรายงานปัจจุบันและการคาดการณ์ที่เชื่อถือได้ - ดูแลให้มีการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและนโยบายของบริษัท - จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน (งบการเงิน และรายงานอื่นๆ (เช่น ค่าใช้จ่าย, รายงานสรุปยอดขายจากระบบ) - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 36 - 47 years old - Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Accounting. - At least 1 year as Accounting & Financial Manager with subordinates (Must have Trading Industry experience) - Good English Skill (internal communication with Japanese management) - Having CPD license - Handle declaration of PIT of Japanese, CIT, WHT and VAT. - Manage Cashflow in the company. - Making monthly report (Financial statement and other report (ex. expenses, sales summary report from system). - Being able to educate and teach Accounting knowledge to Accounting staff. - Well tasks management and able to work in pressure <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have experience of using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - Early join candidates Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday, WIO 100%) About the Benefits 65,000–75,000THB About the company Product & Service: Steel/nonferrous metal manufacturing plants, Machine tools, etc. Business Type: General Trading Company;Machinery / Equipment / Plants; <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย, หญิง อายุ 36 - 47 ปี - ปริญญาตรี / ปริญญาโท สาขาการบัญชี - อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและการเงินพร้อมลูกน้อง (ต้องมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมการค้าขาย) - ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี (สื่อสารภายในกับผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น) - มีใบอนุญาต CPD - จัดการการประกาศ PIT ของญี่ปุ่น CIT WHT และ VAT - บริหารจัดการกระแสเงินสดในบริษัท - จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน (งบการเงิน และรายงานอื่นๆ (เช่น ค่าใช้จ่าย, รายงานสรุปการขายจากระบบ) - สามารถให้ความรู้และสอนความรู้ด้านบัญชีแก่พนักงานบัญชีได้ - บริหารจัดการงานได้ดี และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> - มีประสบการณ์การใช้ Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central - ผู้สมัครเข้าร่วมได้ก่อนกำหนด ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : การสนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน: BTS อุดมสุข เวลาทำการ: 8:00-17:00 น.(วันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์ WIO 100%) เกี่ยวกับสิทธิประโยชน์ 65,000–75,000 บาท เกี่ยวกับบริษัท ผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ: โรงงานผลิตเหล็ก/โลหะนอกกลุ่มเหล็ก เครื่องมือกล ฯลฯ ประเภทธุรกิจ: บริษัทการค้าทั่วไป เครื่องจักร / อุปกรณ์ / โรงงาน
