Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and supervise daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, inventory, and taxation - Review accounting entries and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on time - Review monthly and year-end closing, financial statements, account reconciliations, accrued expenses, and prepaid expenses - Control the fixed asset register, physical asset counts, disposals, and write-offs - Review inventory counts, valuation, slow-moving inventory, and inventory-related provisions - Review tax filings and ensure compliance with Thai tax regulations, including PND.3, PND.53, PND.54, PP.30, and PP.36 - Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and relevant authorities - Manage banking transactions, internet banking, bank reconciliations, loans, interest, and cash flow - Maintain and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and operational efficiency - Support and develop accounting staff - Perform other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - At least 10 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or trading company - Conversational middle of English to communicate with the Japanese director - Supervisory or management experience in an accounting department - Experience in financial closing, financial statements and taxation - Good command of Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - SAP experience is an advantage - Holding CPD is an advantage - Able to join immediately
