Accounting Assistant Manager - Manager
(40K – 50K) (SDG-61137)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Fully responsible for overseeing full cycle Accounts Payable function and tax-related matters and month-end close.
• Ensure that all financial deadlines regarding accounts payable are met for month/quarter/year-end financial closings.
• Lead Accounts Payable team through implementation and adaption of ERP system.
• Responsible for the development of a new project with standard cost and procedures, support innovation project and business proposal, build standard cost based on an annual budget.
• To plan, develop, and supervise all cost functions and Inventory system to meet costing objective.
• Responsible for cost control methods and procedures for the company
• Analyze raw materials usage, all variable costs, overhead costs, labor, and any other types of costs involved in logistics services.
• Apply professional knowledge in Supply Chain Finance; expenses tracking, P&L understanding, participate Supply chain management for saving initiative and tracking report.
• Ensure all logistics cost activities such as data collection, productivity analysis, and budget forecasting comply with the company requirements, translating data into understandable and actionable Management Information.
• Handle monthly costing and inventory closing, analyze and provide commentary on monthly and YTD (year to date)
• Analyze monthly performance and provide a report to management
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-45 years
• Female preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting field
• Have working experience at least 10 years about Accounting in Logistic industry or any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 3 years as Accounting Assistant Manager or higher in Logistic industry or any manufacturing industry
• Advance conversation middle level of English
• Have experience in ERP, SAP, EXPRESS program
• CPD License are preferable

•รับผิดชอบการพัฒนาโครงการใหม่ด้วยต้นทุนและขั้นตอนมาตรฐานสนับสนุนโครงการนวัตกรรมและข้อเสนอทางธุรกิจสร้างต้นทุนมาตรฐานตามงบประมาณประจำปี
•วางแผนพัฒนาและดูแลฟังก์ชันต้นทุนและระบบสินค้าคงคลังทั้งหมดให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์การคิดต้นทุน
•รับผิดชอบวิธีการและขั้นตอนการควบคุมต้นทุนสำหรับ บริษัท
•วิเคราะห์การใช้วัตถุดิบต้นทุนผันแปรต้นทุนโสหุ้ยแรงงานและต้นทุนประเภทอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริการโลจิสติกส์
•ใช้ความรู้ระดับมืออาชีพด้านการเงินซัพพลายเชน การติดตามค่าใช้จ่ายความเข้าใจ P&L มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการซัพพลายเชนเพื่อประหยัดความคิดริเริ่มและรายงานการติดตาม
•ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ากิจกรรมต้นทุนโลจิสติกส์ทั้งหมดเช่นการรวบรวมข้อมูลการวิเคราะห์ผลผลิตและการคาดการณ์งบประมาณเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของ บริษัท การแปลข้อมูลเป็นข้อมูลการจัดการที่เข้าใจได้และดำเนินการ
•จัดการการคิดต้นทุนรายเดือนและการปิดสินค้าคงคลังวิเคราะห์และให้ความเห็นเป็นรายเดือนและ YTD (ปีจนถึงปัจจุบัน)
•วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพรายเดือนและจัดทำรายงานต่อฝ่ายบริหาร
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 40-45 ปี
•ผู้หญิงจะดีมาก
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบัญชี
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 10 ปีเกี่ยวกับการบัญชีในอุตสาหกรรม Logistic หรืออุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีหรือสูงกว่าในอุตสาหกรรม Logistic หรืออุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใด ๆ
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•มีประสบการณ์ด้านโปรแกรม ERP, SAP, EXPRESS
•ใบอนุญาต CPD เป็นที่ต้องการ
