Accounting Assistant Manager (30K–50K) (SDG-98819) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชี <Job responsibilities> *This position is expected to do accounting/finance tasks with Thai accounting manager - Review overall documents related to accounting and Finance - Prepare Financial statement such as BS/PL/Cashflow - Dealing with closing tasks *They don't use accounting firm now - Prepare or collect necessary documents for audit or listing - Coordinate with auditing firm or outsourcing companies - management of subordinates to complete Daily task without mistakes on time - Handle payroll issue with team members - Manage team members - other tasks as assigned <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> *ตำแหน่งนี้คาดว่าจะทำงานด้านบัญชี/การเงินกับผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีชาวไทย - ตรวจสอบเอกสารโดยรวมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบัญชีและการเงิน - จัดทำงบการเงิน เช่น BS/PL/Cashflow - จัดการกับการปิดงาน *ไม่ได้ใช้บริการสำนักงานบัญชีแล้ว - จัดเตรียมหรือรวบรวมเอกสารที่จำเป็นสำหรับการตรวจสอบหรือลงรายการ - ประสานงานกับสำนักงานตรวจสอบบัญชีหรือบริษัทเอาท์ซอร์ส - บริหารจัดการลูกน้องให้ทำงานประจำวันให้สำเร็จโดยไม่ผิดพลาดและตรงเวลา - จัดการการจ่ายเงินเดือนร่วมกับสมาชิกในทีม - บริหารจัดการสมาชิกในทีม - งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
