Work outline: To manage team, control all accounting processes and support Manager’s tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Finish Month End closing/Financial Statement, ensure accuracy of financial reports, and meet Mother Company deadline
Ø Ensure compliance with local legal, statutory and taxation requirement
Ø Monitor and review full scope of finance and accounting, GL, A/R-Receipt, A/P-Payment, Inventory, Fixed Asset and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
Ø Prepare monthly account reconciliation and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Ø Review on cheque register and ensure that all bank book are kept in safe.
Ø Supervise and delegates all responsible staff accountants for efficient outcome and effective effort to accomplish accounting objectives.
Ø Liaises with Taxation department and other related authorities
Ø Responsible for internal control procedures enhancement
Ø Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality only, Male/Female , 30-39 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø Good command in English (Advanced Conversational level)
Ø Able to relocate (~2018.08:Bangkok office , 2018.08~ : Rayong factory)
Ø At least 3 years of working experience as accountant
Preferable：
Ø Hold CPD lisence
Ø Be able to use SAP system
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri)
