Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Conducting comprehensive analysis of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets to assess financial health. - Preparing company budgets and performance forecasts, including future income projections (realized income and cost of sales). - Calculating borrowing costs and evaluating loan implications. - Developing SG&A expense budgets and forecasts to optimize operational efficiency. - Performing deferred tax calculations in compliance with accounting standards. - Extensive experience in Leasing and Hire Purchase business operations. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Accounting field. - At least 10 years of work experience in Accounting and Finance field - 5 years of management experience - Experience and knowledge in Leasing, Hire Purchase, Financial or Banking business - CPD certification is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of taxation, including deferred tax calculation in compliance with accounting standards. - Expertise in loan cost budgeting and forecasting to support financial planning. - Skilled in corporate planning, including fair value assessment and financial analysis for strategic decision-making. - Conversation High in English to communicate with Japanese report line - Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formula and function skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Knowledge in SAP, and Lamp system - MBA or CPA Holder
