Job Description

Accounting and Human Resource General Affair Staff (Japanese Speaking) (18K-28K) (SDG-29467)
<Job Responsibilities>
	Take responsibility of accounting as main duty as well as Human Resource and General Administration duty
	Maintain records on billing and collection status
	Generate invoice and prepare documents for internal approval
	Handle expense claims from employees
	Cooperate with accounting or consulting firm for the company’s accounting, Human Resource and General Administration matters
	Support preparation and submission of tax filling documents (VAT, withholding tax).
	Invoice to Japan Head Quarter (HQ)
	Handle recruiting process
	Handle employees who newly joined and resign
	Handle Human Resource tasks, such as visa and work permit application, monthly attendance record management, vacation & leave management, group medical insurance management, etc.
	Handle payroll arrangement (salary, tax, social insurance)
	Book hotels, flights and other supporting task for staff
	Assist management in coordinating and documentation
	Purchase office supplies
	Arrange office environments
	Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	Thai nationality, Female, 22-30 years old
	Bachelor's degree in any field
	Ready to learn and work widely
	Business level of Japanese Language Skill (N2 or above)
	Advanced conversation level of English
	New graduated is welcome

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
	Basic knowledge of Accounting
	Accounting Education Background
	Experience in Human Resource and General Administration
Languages skills 
English: Conversational level  
Japanese: Business level    
    	


Workplace Area: BTS Surasak, Bangkok
Working Hour: 10:00 - 19:00 (Mon-Fri)
