Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
○Accounting task
This company outsources accounting tasks to the accounting firm
- Contacting the accounting firm and sending the data to them by due date by using Excel
-Recording journal entries in the General Ledger (GL)
-Recording receiving (RV) and accounts payable (AP) vouchers
- Settling the payments,preparing supporting the required documents for it
- Handling tax-related entries, including withholding tax and VAT
- Journal voucher and submit it to an accounting firm
- Handling petty cash
- To handle other tasks assigned
○Administration task
- Preparing or issuing quotation, invoice, purchase order or any necessary documents to support sales
- Communicating with customers, suppliers or other business partners
- Supporting other general administrative duties
*Those tasks will be supported by OJT
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
-Bachelor's degree in any industry
At least 1 year of working experience in both 1 and 2.
1. Experiences as making and checking documents such as P/O, Invoice,quotation in a trading or manufacturing company
2. Experience as Accounting support in any industry
- Conversational middle level of English for internal communication and external documents
- Able to use Microsoft skills such as outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Able to work immediately
- Living in Bangkok

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
-Working experience in corporate/administrative sections (general affairs, purchasing, HR, IT, secretary etc.)
