Work outline: Basic accounting and administration tasks

               

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Maintain records on billing & collection status

Ø  Generate invoice & DN and arrange for sending to clients

Ø  Collect invoices from vendors and prepare documents for internal approval

Ø  Inputting entire on accounting software

Ø  Collect expense claims form employees and check

Ø  Maintain & file accounting records

Ø  Supporting preparation & submission of tax filling documents (VAT, withholding tax)

Admin tasks;

Ø  Arrangements for sending courier , mails & distributing received courier, mails

Ø  Correspond to telephone and connect to each department

Ø  Other tasks assigned by Manager

 

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai Nationality, Female , Age 22-30

Ø  Bachelor’s degree

Ø  Fresh graduated are welcome

Ø  Experience in Accounting will be advantage

Ø  Knowledge in basic accounting

Ø  Willing to gain new knowledge

Ø  Active/ Service Mind

 

Preferable:

Ø  Could start working immediately

 

 

Languages skills

English: Advanced conversation level

Japanese: None 

 

 

Workplace Area: BTS Asoke

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
