Accounting and Admin staff (27K-40K) (JO-180213-147074)
About this Job
Work outline: To handle all accounting transactions (Handle petty cash, Issue Invoice, Billing, Payment, Book keeping, Tax return) and Admin tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Preparing processing and recording of accounts Bank transaction & Reconciliation Petty cash
Ø keep record of account payable(AP) and Account receivable (AR)
Ø To issue invoice, , Billing, payment, tax return and process record of customer's collection
Ø Prepare corporate income Tax submission
Ø Support administrative task such as car booking, hotel, stationary etc.
Ø To handle other tasks assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age between 25-30 years old
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in accounting
Ø At least 3-5 years in accounting field
Ø Have experience in issue invoice, Billing, Record AP/AR
Ø Past experience in office administration & accounting
Ø Knowledge of general accounting procedures such as Handle petty cash, Issue Invoice, Billing, Tax return
Ø Good interpersonal skill with “Can do” attitude. Prefer to work with Japanese Company which may require to work overtime
Ø Strong interpersonal skill, communication skill and service mind
Preferable:
Ø Knowledge of SAP would be advantage
Ø Flexible and dynamic person with no reluctant to do various tasks
Ø Strong knowledge of tax; VAT, income tax and withholding tax.
Ø A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work and willing to grow up with new set up company
