Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> **This position has to handle accounting and admin (HR) support task - Make billing notes and send them to the customers, and check AR collection situation - Record AR collection in ERP system, and make summary of bank statements - Make monthly inventory report by supporting stock check at the end of month - Record export sales and import purchase in ERP system based on the exchange rate - Make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receipts/Tax invoice, record in ERP system - Manage/Repair office supplies or company assets (car, PC etc), and order new supplies or asset as needed - Handle admin job like holding company trip, company party, seminar, making uniform etc - Handle Japanese (VISA/WP) application and renewal. - Handle salary related job such as payroll, provident fund, social security insurance, attendance etc - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years' experience of Accounting, Admin or HR or sales Coordinator in any industry - Conversational High level of English (To communicate with Japanese VP) <Preferable skill/experience> - Able to use your own car or motor-cycle for commuting - Have experience of accounting support - Working experience in small sized company - Good communication skills and good office management skills - CPD license (preferable) <Personality> - Polite and detail oriented - Multiple tasks management skill
