Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1) Accounting Duties - Issue tax invoices, receipts, and invoices, and prepare related financial documents - Manage and process employee expense claims, including petty cash advances, accommodation expenses, and other reimbursements - Record accounting transactions in the accounting system (income & expenses, purchase & sales transactions) - Prepare tax reports, including input/output VAT, P.P.30, P.N.D.1, 3, and 53 - Prepare and compile accounting documents such as trial balances and vouchers for submission to accounting firms and auditors 2) Administrative Duties - Handle document management including filing, copying, scanning, and email correspondence - Coordinate with internal and external parties such as customers, suppliers, and internal staff - Perform general office administration tasks, including purchasing office supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining office orderliness - Maintain fixed asset registers and contract documentation, if applicable 3) Other Duties - Perform other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Who can join immediately ・Bachelor’s degree or higher ・Experience in and basic understanding of accounting tasks ・Welcome fresh graduate from Accounting major ・Conversional low of English (Writing email) ・Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work with Google Workspace files <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience coordinating operations with startup or newly established companies ・Experience working with Japanese companies <Personality> ・Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible with a proactive, diligent, and patient attitude ・Positive mindset with good interpersonal and communication skills
