Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Handle order processing (sales and purchase orders) for a small seafood trading company - Confirm order details, quantities, and pricing, and input data accurately - Prepare and manage invoices, delivery notes, and related documents - Manage and update sales records using Excel - Perform daily and monthly sales checks and basic data verification - Review and organize expense reimbursement documents - Coordinate with external accounting firms and submit required materials - File and manage contracts and transaction documents - Respond to emails and phone calls from clients and internal staff - Perform general accounting and administrative support tasks as needed - Any other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years of accounting experience in any industry - Conversational Middle English to communicate with a Japanese MD <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Positive attitude and clear, confident communication
