Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
■ Accounting (60%)
- The role will initially start by supporting the Assistant Manager or senior staff, and responsibilities will be gradually expanded as the candidate gains experience and confidence.
- Bookkeeping and overall AP/AR
- Manage petty cash
- Prepare for taxation (support available from an accounting firm)
- Coordinate with the accounting firm for monthly and yearly closing
- Coordinate with overseas branches
- Other tasks as assigned by the Japanese Managing Director

■ Admin & HR (40%)
- These responsibilities will also begin as support tasks, with a gradual transition to taking ownership of the functions.
- Manage company car
- Office management
- Manage visa and work permit processes with outsourced service providers
- Manage payroll tasks with outsourced service providers
- Manage office rules and internal policies
- Handle reimbursements

* If you have experience in accounting and admin, company expect to reduce using outsource company and accounting firm and do them by own. Even you don't have experience in some tasks, if you are willing to learn new things, it's very welcome and no need to use outsource. 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, accounting, or general affairs in trading/consumer goods/health care/chemical industry
- Work experience in a Japanese company
- Conversational-middle level of English (internal communication)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Conversational middle-level of Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N3)
