Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> Admin tasks (50%): • Prepare and issue sales quotations • Create purchase orders and sales-related documents • Prepare delivery notes and delivery-related documentation • Coordinate internally with management • Support daily administrative and clerical tasks related to sales operations • Maintain accurate records and documentation • Other assigned tasks Accounting tasks (50%): • Issue invoices, tax invoices, receipts, withholding tax certificates, and other related sales/purchase documents • Communicate and coordinate with business partners and relevant external parties, such as government authorities, banks, etc. • Record, review, and organize financial transactions and accounting documents • Prepare and file online withholding tax returns (PND.1, 3, 53, 54) • Prepare VAT reports (PP.30, PP.36) • Handle social security matters, including employee registration and termination, and submit monthly contributions to the SSO • Maintain accurate financial records using Microsoft Excel • Accurately perform general accounting tasks, including journal entries, general ledger (GL) and bank reconciliations, and financial reporting • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (optional) • Estimate mid-year tax (PND.51) and file annual corporate tax (PND.50) (optional) • Compile financial documents for auditors (optional) • Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・At least 3 year accounting and admin (sales support) experience in administrative or sales support roles ・Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office tools ・Ability to work cooperatively in a small team ・Can join before February 1st <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience of sales support ・Experience working in Japanese companies ・Experience handling multiple tasks in parallel
