Work Outline: Handle general admin & accounting task and coordinate with outsource company


Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain furniture/appliances in the office , Liaising with different vendors

Manage corporate rates with hotels and airlines for Japanese customers

Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule

Consolidate monthly accounting documents to submit to outsourcing accounting firm 

Able to prepare company tax payment and issue service invoices to clients

Interpret and Translate Sales report or report discuss with clients for Japanese members in the office 

Other duties depending on experience and instructed by supervisors.


Qualifications:

[Must]

Thai nationality, female only, age 22-30

Good command of Excel and Word

Japanese is Conversational level (Wiring & Reading mainly) * above N3

Bachelor’s degree in any related field

Fresh graduate is welcome


Preferable Skill / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting

1-2 years of experience in admin/accounting

Live in Bangna 

Have experienced in Interpreter


Languages skills 

English: None

Japanese: Conversational level * above N3


Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk

Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Mon-Fri)
