Work Outline: Be responsible for overall task related to accounting
Duties & Responsibility:
Preparing yearly & quarterly budget, forecast
Preparing budget information including expenses allocation and control with actual result, preparing management report etc
Taking care of cash flow management ; preparing cash flow plan, investment, lending and borrowing
Controlling appropriate collection from customer and payment to vendor, review long-outstanding balances and follow up
Reviewing payment transactions; petty cash, check, bank transfer
Reviewing invoices issued; invoice, tax invoice, receipt
Reviewing tax filling; VAT report, withholding tax deduction and tax filling form
Reviewing accounting transactions record; payment, receipt, fixed asset, journal etc.
Assisting to prepare corporate income tax calculation and tax return
Handle BOI matters
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Age 30 - 45, Male or Female
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related field
Have experience as either Admin, accounting, and HR
BOI knowledge
Good command of Japanese
[Preferable]
Person who is cheerful
Languages skills
English: None
Japanese: N2 or above
Workplace Area: Rayong
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Monday – Friday)
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000-40,000 THB/ Month
